1. 聯絡我們客服,建議顧客透過電郵 電郵內容請包括:

請提供你的姓名, 訂單號碼,退貨的貨品名稱,退款原因,問題貨品的圖片

2. 客服會提供退貨地址

3. 當我們收到您退回的產品並確認符合退貨條件後,我們會盡快安排退款,退回到您購買時使用的信用卡戶口。

Refund & exchange policy:


We like to make you smile.  In addition to your statutory rights, should you change your mind, we will happily providing the following conditions are met:


  • The items have not been used and opened, and are in original conditions as purchased, including all packaging with original labels attached.


Refunds can’t be provided based on shipping times as our dispatch time is very fast, with transit times being out of our control.  


If you urgently need your order, please email us, we are happy to assist you.


How to return an item


You can return an item by posting it back to our warehouse.  Please contact our team member by email, our team member will issue a return reference number and return procedure.


  • Make sure your order return reference number, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are included and any comments

  • All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Genki Herbal


Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are not as ordered).


Order didn’t arrive


If your order takes longer than expected, please email us and we’ll work with you to resolve this problem.  


We use both Australia Post and sendle for deliveries.  Your tracking email updates should reflect which company we have used.
